Can I heat the prepped meals in the oven?

Our prepped meals arrive with heating instructions for the microwave and you'll find them on the packaging. They can be heated up from either chilled or frozen.

What if there are issues with my meals?

We aim to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your meals, please contact us explaining the issue to us and we will try our best to resolve this for you.

Can I freeze the prepped meals?

Of course! We recommend that you freeze the meals on the day of delivery if you aren’t planning on eating them within the recommended use by date. For all other products including fresh meat, please see individual product packaging or reach out to ou

How long do the products last?

How will I know what your products contain?

Can I return items?

As our items are perishable, we're unable to accept returns. For our deliveries, we require a next-day delivery service and special insulated packaging so the food stays fresh right up until 9pm on the day delivery, we do however recommend unpacking

Our prepped meals are designed for one. We're working on bigger portion sizes so look out for updates by joining our mailing list. Meal for one = from 340-490g
